Conecta training on client service and care In April, Conecta -Grupo ACP's relational marketing company- started a series of workshops to train workers in providing quality services for the full satisfaction of its clients’ expectations.
These quality workshops build and strengthen the competencies and skills of Conecta workers by creating a culture of costumer service and care. An in-house training team of highly skilled instructors will teach the three-year workshops at basic, intermediate and advance levels.
Guided by the principle of "people serving people", Conecta workers can provide outstanding quality services to build clients’ trust.
