Microfin attends "II National Forum for Productive Microfinance Development" On May 20 and 21, Microfin atended the "II National Forum for Productive Microfinance Development" in Colonia, in southern Uruguay.
Microfin's CEO Antonio Martínez made a presentation at this major event in preparation to the "XIII Inter-American Micro-Business Forum" (Foromic), scheduled to take place next October in Montevideo, Uruguay’s capital.
The "II National Forum for Microfinance Development" focused on identifying the relevance of microfinance to promote social inclusion and encourage and disseminate productive enterprises through access to financial services and products. Microfinance event gathers local officials, financial organizations, Banks, government agencies, NGOs and other participants.
