Financiera El Comercio workers trained in loan technology and customer care True to its commitment to worker training and education, Financiera el Comercio organized in April a "Loan Technology" workshop attended by 46 loan officials.
The trading workshop reviewed individual product characteristics, as well as loan figures and policies at Financiera El Comercio. To train outstanding experts on these topics, the training team gathered a group of in-house and outside professionals.
In a separate effort, over 60 consumer service representatives attended a "Client Service" workshop. Participants built stronger skills that will have a positive impact on costumer satisfaction.
