New CEO at Financiera El Comercio Fernando Paciello was appointed as new CEO of Financiera El Comercio, to replace José Luis Andrada.
Fernando has vast experience in economic and financial consulting, business management, business planning and economic surveys. He has worked for government and industry, as well as multi-lateral organizations.
He is also a partner with Neckline, an economic and financial consultancy, and executive director for Paraguay’s Financial Company’s Association (ADEFI) and Feller Rate Paraguay risk rating agency.
He was vice-minister and under secretary of state for economy and integration at Paraguay's Ministry of Finance, and principal member of the Board at that country's Central Bank. Other positions include his country's official representation as alternate Governor at the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Andean Development Corporation (CAF).
Fernando has a professional degree in economics from "Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" and a Master's degree in applied economics from "Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile."
